Kitchen remodel

After residing at my place for two years now, I've decided it's time to change my kitchen!  It's had a "busy" flower theme to it for many years.  The crazy woman that lived there even before my sister decided to go nuts and wallpaper every wall with flowers and textured yellow wallpaper.  I've been spending my weekends slowly chipping away at the wallpaper removal; it has not been easy!

Kitchen before.  Bright yellow textured wallpaper on 3 of the 4 walls; from top to bottom.  UGH!

The forth wall; covered in this "busy" flower motif.  This was a "you know what" to remove!  Those flowers were really glued on!

YAY!!! After the flowers were removed.... a normal white wall again, before primer and paint.

Here's me, madly scraping away at the textured wallpapered walls.  GRRR!!!

Walls 2 and part of 3 scraped!  Still have the glue to remove, which isn't too bad of a task to tackle.  In the process of removing wallpaper from this wall, I discovered mold in one of the corners from a previous ceiling leak, and a quarter-sized hole in the sheetrock.  Lots of mudding and taping to do before priming!
