Halfway Point!

Yesterday I reached day five of the 10 day clean eating detox challenge.  So far, it's going well!  The cravings have decreased greatly since days one and two (not to mention my jeans getting a tad bit more loose!). I've had a chance to try new foods and excellent recipes; some of which I believe I will be adding to my regular diet!

Time for a detox!

It's time to try something new!  Through guidance from Wildcrafted Way, I'm embarking on a 10 day clean eating detox challenge beginning tomorrow.  The program actually kicked off on Tuesday, but due to work related stress and still recovering from a sinus infection, I decided to hold off until Saturday to begin.  With the hellish work week over and fully recovered from illness, my mind is "in the game" and ready to jump into this detox! 
Over the last couple of days, I've been shopping for items on the food list of what to eat.  I'm all ready to go!
