This weekend the DNR was hosting a candlelit walk along the Gateway State Trail in St. Paul. Matt and I bundled up and went to check out the trail and do a little evening walking.
The Gateway Trail begins in St. Paul and runs all the way to Stillwater. The trail was lit by candlelight for a mile, beginning in Maplewood. Here, at the finish, where the DNR had a bonfire to warm at, as well as free hot chocolate and hot apple cider.
