Not so little anymore!
My "little" Hersh (Hershey) is turning into a big pudge! But he's still a little brat who likes to get into everything, eat soap and toilet paper, and uses push pins as play toys!

Lake Carlos State Park-2010 summer fun!
This summer my sister Laura and I took a camping trip to Lake Carlos State Park. We've visited Carlos almost every year since our parents began taking us there as kids. Like always, we had a great time!

A wedding was taking place the day we visited the winery. Here, the horses await the bride and groom for a ride around the winery.

Around work-summer 2010
This past summer, I took a few shots of some flowers and such from around the farm where I work. Personally, I like the B&W versus the color. :)
Ornamental Lilies
My favorite. :)
Hibiscus

Monarch caterpillar!
More ornamental lilies
There's a fly in there.

Double Shot- Live
Last night my sister and I ventured out to a tiny town in Iowa to watch our friend, Tommy, play a show. Tommy has a band called the "Double Shot", that plays 70's, 80's, and 90's music.
The old hags, Laura and I.
Having a fun time!
Tommy's little lady, Cindy and I, enjoying the show.

This summer while I was visiting my parents, I took a day trip to Blue Mound State Park, in southwest Minnesota.

There are numerous wildflowers around the park that attract many different species of insects. Here, a tiger butterfly. Look for more postings of Blue Mound State park on my State Parks blog!
